Eternus RSVP came out of an operational problem we kept running into at events.
Eternus RSVP was built by Eternus Event, an event company based in Istanbul. The same work repeated itself at every event: invitations went out, replies came back at different times and in different forms, and lists were updated by hand. Who was coming, how many people they were bringing, who had a special request — all of it was tracked one by one.
Making a guest download a new app, create an account or click a link loses people at every step. WhatsApp is already on everyone’s phone. The system went there because meeting guests where they are is easier than changing their habits.
It reads freely written replies and turns them into a guest list, follows up with those who have not answered, and separates out special requests. The organiser sees one list, always current.
The assistant only ever talks about the invitation. The scope and tone of that contact are set by the host. Guest information is not used outside the invitation process and is never turned into marketing communication.
