Nothing about you is recorded when you visit. There is no account, no login, and your movement through the pages is not written anywhere. The form on the contact page does not send what you write to this site either: when you press Send, your own email program opens and you send the message yourself. Nothing reaches us until you send it.
A preference box appears the first time you visit. If you choose "Accept", two measurements start: Google Analytics and our own system. Google places a cookie in your browser; our own system uses not a cookie but a random number that lives as long as your tab stays open. Both measure how many times each page was opened. If you choose "Decline", neither runs, no record is left, and the site opens exactly as it would otherwise. Your decision is kept in your browser and the box does not appear again.
Everything, fonts included, is served from this site's own server. If you accept measurement, two connections are made: to Google's servers and to eternusevent.com — the second is our own server, where the measurement data is kept. If you decline, no external server is contacted at all.
The email and WhatsApp links on the site open your own program; clicking a link does not send us anything. Contact is made only if you send a message. In that case the data processed is explained in the notice below.

Only what you share when you write to us yourself: your name, your email address or telephone number, and the content of your message. Nothing else is collected through this site.
Only to respond to your request and to continue the correspondence. It is not used to add you to a marketing list, to build a profile, or to make automated decisions.
Article 5(2)(f) of the Law: the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Since you initiate the contact, processing rests on this basis.
Entirely by electronic means and only when you send it: by email or WhatsApp message. No automated collection, cookies or tracking tools are used.
Personal data you send us is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Our email runs on Google Workspace and our WhatsApp correspondence on Meta's WhatsApp infrastructure. In the course of using these services, personal data may be transferred to systems located abroad. Personal data may also be transferred to the extent necessary to deliver the service, to meet legal obligations, or to respond to requests from competent authorities.
It is deleted once the purpose of the correspondence no longer applies. If you ask for it to be deleted sooner, it is deleted on your request.
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose, to have it corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion where the conditions are met, and to request that these actions be notified to the parties the data was transferred to.
