If you have received an invitation message on WhatsApp, you are in the right place. This page explains where the message came from, what you need to do, and what happens to your information.
You are invited to an event, and the host is using Eternus RSVP to collect replies. The message is sent on behalf of the person or organisation inviting you.
Eternus RSVP never asks you for a password, a payment or card details. The message concerns only your invitation and whether you are attending. If you have any doubt, contact the person who invited you and confirm directly with them.
There is no set format. Write the way you normally would on WhatsApp. You do not need to download an app, create an account, click a link or fill in a form. "I'll be there", "my partner and I are coming", "sadly I can't make it" — all of these are understood. If you are bringing someone with you, or you have a particular preference (a vegetarian meal, for instance), you can say so in the same message.
If you said you were coming and then something changed, just write again. Whatever you said last is what counts.
What you write is recorded in the host's guest list — your name, how many people are coming with you, and any special request. The organisation that invited you is responsible for this information; requests to delete or correct it, or to find out what is held, should go to them. For details:
